SSIB is a privately held company, formerly Insurance Brokers & Management Company Limited (“IB&M”), and was founded on January 1st 1981. The company is a licensed insurance and reinsurance broker based in Bermuda and regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
A boutique broker, our unique business model is focused on providing insurance broking services to boutique businesses who have a niche product or who wish to participate in their risk. We provide these businesses with a structured insurance solution that enables them to grow, become less reliant on the swings of the traditional market by managing and participating in their risk.
